WSCA EXCOS/BOT MEETING

 






The Warri community South Africa executives and Board of Trustee members will be having a joint meeting on Sunday 3rd March 2024.


In a statement issued by the Public relations officer Mr Onoriode Lucky Efetoboh , the meeting was scheduled to discuss among other things the community's 2024 calendar  . 


This will be the first joint meeting in the year 2024. As the BOT Secretary Mr Belvy Udi is admonishing all executives and BOT members to be in attendance. The venue of the meeting has been forwarded to the interested parties.

Interim Government: Name, arrest those behind plot, IPAC chairman charges DSS

  The Chairman of Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Yabagi Sani, has asked the Department of State Service (DSS) to name and apprehend those it said are behind plans to install an interim government in the country. The DSS had in a statement earlier on Wednesday said it discovered a plot by “misguided” political actors to set aside the constitution and install an interim government in the country. However, in a swift reaction on Wednesday, Sani said it is not enough for the DSS to announce a plot for interim government, charging them to go further and name the plotters as well as take action against them. “To say the least, it is an embarrassment because I believe that the DSS, the agency that is in charge of gathering intelligence and then passing intelligence to other agencies, are supposed to take action. Labour party guber aspirant in Imo state, Humprey Anumudu, found dead in his Lagos home

  A Labour Party governorship aspirant in the forthcoming governorship primary holding in Imo State, Humphrey Anumudu, has died. He was found dead in his home in Lagos state on Friday evening March 24. Late Anumudu was reported dead in his Lagos home after returning from a meeting at the LP secretariat in Abuja. The deceased was a native of Mbieri Ancient Kingdom in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State. He was said to be the winner of the Peoples Democratic Party governorship primary in the state in 1998 before the ticket was ceded to Achike Udenwa who went on to rule the state between 1999 and 2007. Since then, he had been contesting for the number one seat of the state. In 2019, he was the Zenith Labour party governorship candidate. He was seeking to run for the seat of Imo state governor on the platform of Labour Party when he was found dead. The deceased was a younger brother to the pioneer CEO of Globe Motors, Willy Anumudu  May his soul rest in peace, Amen.
